"De afbraak van het hoekpand aan de Beverstraat-Biezenstraat is maandag 5 februari gestart. Met de sloop verdwijnt de voormalige Rigoletto/Baresto, voorheen het Middenstandshuis. Het gebouw stond sinds eind 2020 leeg. In de plaats daarvan komt het nieuwbouwproject Castor (Latijn voor bever)", aldus Ninofmedia.
